Delivery of products
Both items that I ordered have not been delivered. First number is ug87360223yp site tells me it was delivered but not to my address. 2nd one is ud605369160yp tracking said it is in kansas for 4 weeks of the side of the road. If I do not get my products send me a refund. Thank you

order says delivered but never arrived
I ordered a poster on December 4, 2022. Expected delivery was from December 2022 to January 13, 2023. I go to check the progress as i have yet to receive my package. All sites are saying that the package was delivered on January 5th at 1:50 p.m. I have a ring and my mail didn't come till 2:23 and there was no package. No sites are allowing me to file for a refund and I'd truly just like my package. Any help or communication as to where my package would be greatly appreciated.

Product stuck in Outbound UG842227838YP
Sir,
my product was shipped through your courier service (UG842227838YP) on January 6th, on 9th it showed Outbound, and it is stuck there till now. I have never had such experience with Yanwen, Normally the packages leave for departure on the same day that they are Outbound. Please look into this at your earliest convenience.

Undelivered package
I ordered a package online on the 30th November and got a tracking number then the carrier changed to yanwen so I've been tracking my package for the past 2 weeks and today it states that my package has been delivered but it hasn't. Where is my package? tracking Number: UG755565275YP

It was stated that it is a good waterproof quality
I placed it in the kitchen . They started to fall off within two days .

Ordered this product on November 17, started receiving emails from [protected]@ maonocaster.com on November 22 that product has been shipped by Yanwen, and given a tracking Number UG722971103YP. I added AfterShip (Yanwen) to receive updates. I started getting mad when received email from Angeka that i would have to pick up package or it would be returned. I emailed where from and got no response. My package was suppose to be delivered to my residence. AfterShio message on December 1 at 9:55 am, said it would be delivered on December 1 within 3 to 6 hours. No package received. I want my package. I feel I've been duped by Maono and Yanwen.
Desired outcome: I want my package or a return of my money.

Proof of vat payment ioss code
I ordered a medical device which was shipped by your company. (arrival code in Finland: SP088926145FI. I had to re-pay the VAT in Finland as your announcement did not include IOSS number for this shipment.
The mail service of Finland which shipped the parcel in country stated also that VAT has been already paid. However, the Customs did not approve, and I had to repay.
Desired outcome: To be refunded for the VAT.

Yanwen delivery and tracking
According to multiple sources where I have used the tracking information provided to me by 2 different companies I have ordered goods from my 3 orders have been delivered. If they where I'd love to know to where. $300.00 may not seem like much to a big company but in the case of some of my economic issues it is a huge outlay. I am a senior citizen who is handicapped and trying to live on a pension. I am house bound so I have really counted on companies to deliver my needs

Waiting for a package for one year. Package non delivered or lost yanwen not responding to emails.
I made a purchase online at TERRE_ROUGES one year ago. They told me and gave me a tracking number but now the number expired, YANWEN is not answering my emails. I'm waiting for a package to arrive, it's been ONE YEAR! I've tried to contact Yanwen via email several times but absolute no response. I don't know what else to do. I'm kind of desperate! ONE YEAR! What I'm supose to do? I'm completely powerless. The seller is not answering my emails, but they took my money... Please help.
Desired outcome: YANWEN I will really apreciate an answer. And if they lost the package be honest and tell me and tell TERRE_ROUGES so they can reimburs me my money. I want my product or my money back.

Tracking unreliable/Package hasn’t been delivered
Ordered photography equipment off of the Ambitful website, tracking number does not work. I have been waiting to receive my items for 2 months now. Contacted Ambitful their response is that the items were already shipped to the carrier (Yanwen). Have emailed Yanwen twice and no response. There’s no way to track my package nor cancel it’s literally a waiting game.
Desired outcome: Would love to receive to my items since I am not able to cancel my order.

No return address for Item bought on line. Foshan Billia Technology Co., Ltd. is this how you do Buisness?
I sent the order 26th August 2022, recieved it 5 September 2022.The item I ordered from a Facebook advertisment needs returning. As usual, no return address, no paper work, cannot contact commpany. This needs to stop. Orders should be backed by a real return address. No use to returning to China, they hold the item in thier postoffice, but are never collected. Great scam but this has put a stop to my extensive buying from any company from China.
You are discredited in my books and really should try and work out your policies, with honesty.
Just in case a human being sees this complaint and feels the need to follow up my disapointment, 1dave.[protected]@btinternet.com: nums=UG571493903YP.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund and an English address to return item please.

A mini camera
I bought a camera that attaches to cats collars to see what they are doing, I ordered this over a month ago and am still waiting for it to be delivered, the time taken for me to receive this item is beyond a joke yes I understand Chine - United Kingdom is a long distance but I'd have thought it wouldnt take this long.

I would like to know when I will receive this item.

Amazon order returned to sender without explanation
I ordered a phone case/wallet from a seller on Amazon who then proceeded to ship it using Yanwen tracking #UG488033832YP. All seemed to be OK, it arrived at customs, but stayed there for days and days. Upon tracking it through Amazon itself, I was appalled to see it labelled as "Undeliverable" with the message of "there was a problem with shipping & order was sent back to the seller." I was then told I would be getting a refund for the "returned" item. That's all good & well, but I would've liked an explanation as to what the problem was! Amazon's tracking history shows that it was "delivered" on 7/5/22. I don't know if that means it was actually delivered back to the seller or to someone else. I DEFINITELY did NOT receive this package!
Desired outcome: A better explanation as to why my Amazon order couldn't be delivered than just a generic "there was a problem" excuse.

What I fire was pant for a child, no way to return stuck with this crap horrible this is why we don't do business with China!
Yesterday in the mail from China these horrible pants 8 did not order these, but i'm sure in paid.

There is no invoice, no paper in your bag, no way to return just craped on...
